4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

Because our offerings involve personalized professional services,
consulting time, expert analysis, and administrative processing, all
fees and payments made for our services are generally non-refundable
once a service has been initiated, scheduled, or delivered.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind after a service, test,
or counseling session has commenced.

Psychometric Assessments & Roadmaps: Once an
assessment code or link has been generated and issued, or once a
personalized career roadmap session has been booked and prepared, fees
are strictly non-refundable.

Counselling Sessions: If you need to reschedule a
counseling session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund
or rescheduling.

Study Abroad & University Admissions: Payments
made toward consulting, application processing, or documentation for
campus and online admissions (including MBBS, MBA, Engineering, and
more) cover professional hours and expertise. Therefore, these fees
are non-refundable. We are not responsible for admission rejections,
visa denials, or policy changes by third-party educational
institutions or government authorities.

In rare cases where a duplicate payment was made due to a technical
error, or if a service was cancelled by Career Captain directly
without a rescheduling option, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of
payment within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Limitation of Liability
The information and services provided by Career Captain are for general
guidance and informational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate
counselling and admission assistance, we do not guarantee specific
admission outcomes, visa approvals, or employment results, as these
depend on third-party institutions, government bodies, and individual
qualifications.
Career Captain shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or
consequential loss arising from the use of our services or websites.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date,
