How do I start exploring careers?
Start with yourself: your interests, strengths and values. Then explore career fields that match, learn what the work involves, and talk to people who do it. An assessment makes the first step much clearer.
At what age should career exploration start?
Light exploration can start in Classes 6 to 8. Deeper exploration is most useful in Classes 8 to 10, before choosing a stream.
